If customer received the fruits that do not seem fresh, please call/Whatsapp to our customer careline 017-3850817 immediately. If, at our discretion, the fruits do not meet our high freshness standards, we will give you the choice of a replacement at our next available delivery date. Also, kindly provide us a photo of the fruits received within 3 days of receipt in order to be eligible for a replacement.
Our fruits are packed carefully to ensure they arrive as good and as fresh as when they left us. However, on a small number of occasions or reasons beyond our control, they may get damaged in transit. Should this occur to a level that you deem unacceptable, please call/Whatsapp to our customer careline 017-3850817 immediately so that we can arrange a replacement at our next available delivery date. Also, kindly provide us a photo of the fruits received within 3 days of receipt in order to be eligible for a replacement.
However, we are not liable for any damage or product deterioration due to any poor handling or storage after received of items.
We do everything we can to ensure our fruits are delivered on time. If for any reason we made a mistake and deliveries do not turn up within 3 days after order placed, please call/Whatsapp to our customer careline 017-3850817 so that we can send you a replacement on our next available delivery date.
We offer customers replacement fruits if the fruits are not delivered to an acceptable quality as detailed above. However, customers may also request for a refund if they do not wish to get a replacement.
All items are subject to availability. In the event of any supply difficulties or if the fruits we have received from our suppliers that are needed to make up your order do not meet our high quality standards, we reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to substitute any product with an alternate product of a similar style, equivalent or greater value and quality.
